Colt Starting.

  • Specialize in starting colts under saddle in a natural environment. 
  • Establishing goals and work toward building a solid foundation. 
  • Consideration given to each colt's abilities.
  • Accepting both range and farm raised horses.

 

 

PACK HORSE DEVELOPMENT

  • Saddle and rig a pack on your horse for 7 to 14 days
  • Assist in your horse's development of being ponied with a pack through a realistic environment.

 

             

GOALS

I only work a colt in a round pen long enough to get them out.  My goal is to expose a horse to an outside environment, after all that is where they will be used.

Cost of training based on 30 days $550. (Feed required)  

Daily rates for rides and tune ups $20.00  (Short Duration)

Pack horse developement  $100 per week

Evaluations $40.00

Horsemanship and Riding lessons $30.00 an hour

Shoes $55.00

Trim $30.00
